Feta Pork Verde Chili
Makes 8 to 10 servings


1 tablespoon olive oil
16 ounces ground pork
16 ounces Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
4 ounces (1 cup) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup verde sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
15 ounce can great northern beans
1 (4 ounce) can diced fire roasted green chilies Salt and pepper


1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and cook pork, Italian sausage and onion until meat is fully cooked.

2. Stir in 3/4 cup Feta, chicken broth, verde sauce and cumin; mix well. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 20 minutes.

3. Add beans and chilies and simmer 10 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Top with remaining cheese.
