1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup finely diced onion
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 ounces (1 1/4 cups) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot pepper sauce
6 ounces beer

1. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add garlic and onion and
cook until fragrant and translucent 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Lower heat and add cream cheese, stirring constantly until melted. Set
aside 1 tablespoon Blue Cheese and add remaining to skillet along with
cheddar. Stir to combine. Add Frank's and slowly stir in beer.
3. Heat until dip begins to bubble. Pour into serving dish, top with remaining
1 tablespoon Blue Cheese and serve with pretzels or tortilla chips.
